What are some co-op FAQs for FlexJD students?

  Do co-ops have to be completed in Massachusetts or New England? No, they can be completed anywhere! We have a network of over 1,000 co-op employers in 40 states and co-ops completed in 71 countries, plus you’re welcome to find your own co-op positions as well.

  Are students paid for co-op positions? Employers determine student compensation. Salaries range widely, from unpaid volunteer positions to modest stipends to up to $3,500 per week for large law firms.
Can I work full-time while completing a co-op? Yes, most FlexJD students are working at full-time jobs in addition to their co-ops. In fact, you may be able to complete a co-op with your current employer.
